      Scary:
      markfch,

I only have myself. DH will not be in town most prob during registration. No backup for backup cos I understand that BVPS will also be filled up by phase 2c supp.

In fact, we have been praying since last year. DS prays himself cos he insists on PH, but we did prepare him that he may not be able to get in.

I will tell myself that as a mum, I have tried my best.
Actually in terms of average T-score of cohort, BVPS did better than BTPS last yr. That's a consideration if BTPS gets too hot in P2C, get what I mean?

I'm actually a little curious. I think you mentioned that your dh is from Glory but yet didn't qualify for P2B. How come? Or did I read wrongly?

My colleague has this wise saying which I liked very much. He asks me whether it matters where we studied in pri sch when we came to the workforce. Both of us were from no-frills pri schs, but in the end, we still managed to strike out a decent living. So on the bigger scale of things, I guess pri sch enrolment is but a small milestone in the life of a child.

If we think it that way, then it'll take away a great deal of unneccesary stress from us parents. Good luck.

          Mrsbongz:

If my boys look as 'well-fed' as yours, my mother-in-law will be so happy w me..
Yours too? My FIL will give me grief if he thinks that his solitary grandchild is malnourished. He expects ds to be built like an small ox. I said ok, as long as he doesn't think like one can liao.
          Mrsbongz:
my dh's concern was also about the company ds is exposed to esp at such a younger age.. we observed the students at our various choices.. and thought that PH has a slight advantage.. having said that, alot depends on your child.. I just disciplined ds for his choice of words and attitude lately.. how I wish i can filter what he picks up in school..
Sama sama. Btw, how long does your ds sleep each day? I know that children grow when they sleep. My ds only sleeps 8 hrs a day, which looks like not enough. We just had a debate whether to cut his game time or study time so that he can sleep earlier.

How do you conclude 8 hrs is not enough?

Mine needs >8 hrs. Elder boy will get dizzy spells, P4 boy will be unable to focus. Both gets panda eyes too.

Actually my boy sleeps close to 9hours but i still find it insufficient bcos he doesn’t ‘function’ well after 7pm. In fact, he naps on weekends n during holidays. He was taking ard 10.5hrs a day last yr. Mine has panda eyes, but tcm says its bcos he has absorbtion issues, not lack of sleep.

Markfch, my son has to ‘look’ up to ur boy when they r together le. Hahaha

T told me that ds looks tired these few days. I didn't tell her that he looks so energetic when he reaches home and turn on the notebook everyday.

Now he's getting ready to sleep. Lights out by 1030. Hopefully 9 hrs of sleep should be enough for him.
