        ish:
Hi LKVM, it's Jurong Primary at jurong east.

Hi superdat, for JPS, its phase 2A2. but the school is further away from my place. Frontier Primary is very very near my place, I'm not a grassroots member, so phase 2C. And I know friends wanting to enroll their kids at frontier primary too.

        Still can't decide...
Hi! May I share my point of view here? 😄

If you get into JPS at Phases 2A2, go for it! :rahrah: :rahrah: JPS is a very well-established school over at JE area so usually comes Phase 2C, it only for favorable for children staying within <1km! :yikes: Of course, the travelling distance will be further and maybe you like to check out the school-bus facilities...Oh yes, I think JPS still operates under the system of P1,3,5 - Afternoon session and P2,4,6 Morning session  ...

This is just my 2 cents worth of opinion :boogie:

hi there i am very stress now don't know wat is the best i am living vry near to xingnan pri. jus next to it actually. but heard that west grove is better at least more popular. will be like 1-2 km catergory. thinking of trying my luck on west grove but anyone can advise. wat if l lose in the balloting and risk myself losing xingnan chance and end up to the undesirable ones.

          Hi ocean33,
May I share my view here? Hope to \"de-stress\" you abit...

Xingnan Primary is a well-established school in JW area; did you attend their open-house? If you are <1km under Phase 2C, try your luck there 1st! :rahrah: From the past history - West grove is definitely having balloting over at phase 2C - and it more favorable towards those staying within <1km...and that radius already covers big areas because there are too many housing flats surrounding that school! 😓 😓

Above is just purely my own opinion 😉

No experience on new primary school but do have experience on a new cc . It is really a mess in morning assembly and night dismiss . No mention to activities as excursion etc. Although was told that most of teachers are experienced. Individually they might be experienced but work as a group is another thing.

hi, what do you guys think of Shuqun? My hubby is an old boy there, but my son prefers Rulang. We are staying <1km from both schools, but if we were to try for Rulang in P2C, if "touchwood" failed to get in, we will need to execute plan B, which a will be a big headache.

                  Would appreciate any comments.

                  Thanks.

My Neighbour after attending the frontier soft launch and she was very lost don’t know which school to select. She is one of the PV of West Grove Pri (eligible for phase 2B) and live within 1km between these two school she was telling me that the reason she considering to choose frontier Pri is because they are in morning session and another reason she reluctant to give up West Grove Pri is because they are in more on academic rather than CCAs until now she cannot decide which school to choose of course Frontier is a brand new school and doesn’t has a academic historical… hmmm… I also lost when she seek my advice.

Y not u secure a place at Shuqun 1st then monitor the vacancy of Rulang at P2C. If u think u want a risk then dun regret. What is ur plan B? Lakeside Primary for P2C Supp? Is it ok? I think its quite near to ur place. For me, im going to take the risk if i prefer the school.
