      Hi Jedamum,

      You r rite DD is the first child and I just try to teach whatever is in the maths book.

      The book is Fun with Addition ( my first activity book) by Novum organum.
      I tot should be K1 lvl coz the book only have addition exercise.
      thanks for the info.Why don't you send K1?

        I sent DD to k1 near my place but I really dun think they prepare the kids well for P1 plus I dun send my DD to any academic enrichment so I got to teach her myself πŸ˜“

        My DD k1 still teaching counting (maths) and their Chinese teacher told me they only teach writing in k2 ... :?:

          I am also teaching DD2 but slower pace than you :oops:

          K1 is counting maths and grouping but Chinese, they have started writing. Just attended Parent Teacher Conf today, quite a few things which i need to help DD2 with

            oh I see.So you can buy assessment books from popular for k1 .Then you follow from that.Its very helpful.

              Trying to prepare DD well for primary sch coz we really dun want to send her to tuition or enrichment in the future.(too costly)

              After reading some of the thread on our local edu system teach less learn more , got even more panic :yikes: n I start teaching more :evil:

                yeah the kids able to think themself and adpt.Don’t get panic! For my son I also like you.now I am cool.My daughter also not cooperative.She told me very hard to do this puzzle you do yourself.She went and took the 4-6 pieces.I said u r not baby.I forced her to see how i solve the puzzle.Today a bit worked out.After I discussed about other parents I also have confident and work with her.She is very imotional.Need more patient and time.
