hi all,


new here. i was trying to do some surveys on neighbouring pri schools in punggol as well. My boy is going in pri 1 in 1.5 yrs time too. quite dilemma. I heard about Mee Toh Pri, seems like they set quite high standards, greendale & horizon is quite a new sch, abit risky i think. But i do know abit from Edgefield Primary Principal, Mr Willy Tan. It ain’t surprising that the school academic is getting better year after year as i was his student 15yrs ago. I think it will be in good hands if i place my boy in his school, his results speak for itself.

Imagine i got red marks for Maths from pri sch all the way to Sec 3, i got a A2 for N levels, his teaching method works very differently i would say. He knows how to motivate students very well. He worth my vote if you ask me which school is better currently.

hi im new too. my son is in pri 2 and i need to change to a school in this area as we have just shifted here. i heard from my friend that her cousin used to studied in Edgefield Pri but said that he is an ah beng and even smoke! Saying that the pri school teachers are not really good too but when i read this forum i hear a lot of good stuff on this school so now im in a confuses.

One thing that I liked about Horizon Pri is that it has a very large school compound and this is very good for the children.

They do have good potential to develop into a strong-CCA school if under good leadership.

Just like edgefield pri. It started off as a brand new school in Punggol. After few years, it has become quite popular and in fact the school was used for a few Media Corp filming.
