        HongWen (under Kallang) has highest taken up rate - 80% !

                Hi guys thanks for all your help and comments. I have decided to register my boy in cat high as an old boy, why is it highlighted in red in the above tables? Does it mean at phase 2a2 i have to ballot?? slight panic again… being parent damn stressful!!! pls advise thank you

                    If you're registering your son under P2A2, you are safe. 'Red' means balloting required for those staying within 1km.

                      Like all other previous years, 100% balloting for p2B.
                      Only question is whether it will be for those within 1km (like last year),
                      or for 1 - 2km (2008, 2009).
