Tried to apply PV. Got rejected by Nan Chiau … Rivervale - missed the deadline for application. Mee Toh - never call me up. Compassvale - got mixed up with the next year’s batch. Pek cek!

Now have to go through the process of heng, suai liao.

P1 regn coming, any parents have idea about the new principal in Rivervale school? Good? pls pls pls help.. thanks

The new principal at Rivervale Primary is more to academic results I guess. The previous one was more to interactive learning. Nevertheless, I find that this school quite good in terms of educating and moulding students to more independent. They have regular field learning trips for all levels. I had completed my PV services and going to enrol my kid this coming July. During my PV services, I was involved in bringing P2 students to Muar. It was an enriching trip for the students and for me too Hope this helps.

Can I know how is Rivervale Primary School in terms of teachers, academic results, environment, ECA etc ?

I am thinking to register my gal to next year P1 and want to know if this is a good school in SK area and to understand why is it so popular in SK ??

Any comments or feedback esp. from parents with kids in this same school ?

Frankly speaking, sengkang does not have branded schools like Nanyang Pri or Tao Nan. The most popular and best in sengkang is Nan Chiau Pri. But you have to stay within 1 km to ballot under 2B or 2C. If you are staying in rivervale, the better ones are Rivervale Pri and Compassvale Pri. They are also popular. Can consider North Vista if you did not want to go through the balloting.
