Rulang left 38 vacancies, meaning only 19 for P2B and P2C each...

Do you know how many PVs staying within 1km from Rulang? What about the community leaders? Can I presume that the community leaders stay < 1km? If so, are they going to share the 19 vacancies with the PVs?

To what I know there are 50 PVs and probably at least 5 or 10 RC grassroots members fighting for these 19 seats and those 40 plus unsuccessful 2B applicants will go over to 2C and compete with other stay less than 1km parents guess 2C will have more than 150 over chasing after these 19 seats. I can say that this year is a really very tough year for parents going for phase 2C.
