Perhaps you should just buy an oven thermometer to check if the temperature is ok. Usually ovens are fine, but the temperature might not be accurate.

You can recalibrate the oven's dials with the thermometer too. πŸ˜„

Thanks! So far temp is fine πŸ™‚

I went to Harvey Norman, then I asked the functions :D. Now I understand... :boogie:

Hi, can i know how much did u buy it for?

If you’re talking about the oven thermometer, I’m not certain because I bought it some time ago, but it should be about S$10 thereabouts from Phoon Huat.

I am also looking for kitchen stuff for my new place. Wanted something built-in and not keen on combination oven.

                  Any suggestions for :
An oven - for roasting and baking

A steam oven - love the one from Miele but it a friend told me it is at least $2k and above …

Cooker Hood - for heavy Chinese style cooking

                  Many Tks!

Hey, you can check out my recommendation on the Sharp Steamoven.
There's a link that you can see how it looks like and a simple demo.

PM me if you like to know more!
