if no homework, okay can watch TV...
but my 2 monkeys can score 100 marks in the TV program... ask them what happen to so & so... they can tell u the whole story
asked them abt spelling.... they stare at u... blank look.
then if out of the blue, ask them hw to spell certain words, they say: mummy u say can watch TV one.... y spelling now?
but if i'm talking to DH abt certain details of a show, they can butt in & say: we know we know.... :faint:
like recently i'm not following ah di show... they will tell me what happen lor... haiz...

Did all our kids attend a course together ? How come they seem to say the same thing ? :scratchhead:
During the June hols, we watched CLIF police show (I'm crazy over Qi Yu Wu)...during intervals, I will run to the kitchen to hang up wet laundry and just before the show starts again, they will be screaming to me when the coffee ad (sponsor) is being shown. -

Evening no time for TV. The kids prefer to be at the playground, so they get 30mins at the playground before dinner. Thereafter, it is dinner, piano, homework(if any), tingxie & spelling revisions, a bit of R&R time and time for bed liao.
At times they will turn on the TV but most times they will be engaged in one ‘project’ or another. Maybe it’s also because DH and I don’t have the habit of turning on the TV. -
I can’t enforced no TV time as kids tend to watch TV at grandparents’ place till we back from work. That’s why we tried our best to be back by 7+pm so as to minimise their TV time. When back home, it is school work time for both.

After calling my DD1 so many times but still no answer from her, then I'll hear my DD2 saying \"Jie-jie went inside the TV already\" :stupid:

Afternoons they take shower, lunch and do hw.
Evenings...they have nap, dinner and shower.
Nights...they finish up school hw. -
Basically no TV everyday.
If there’s certain nice cartoon or movie on weekends, I will shortlist for them to watch if they’re interested -
