[Central] Primary Schools

That’s why I asked in what context you were comparing the schools. Usually comparisons take place among the top in that particular area.
So if you’re talking about Rugby, it’s RI vs ACS vs St Andrews.
In academics, it’s RI vs HCI. -
usually people more concerned about academics standing, not so much about Rugby, soccer, etc.
-
Actually true and not true. It depends if it warrants the school to bring up some \"reputation\".
During my time, I have a cousin who was very good in rugby and he was in ACS then. Upon his O level, his result doesn't qualify him to go to RJC BUT the principal welcomed him to do so just because of his reputation in rugby.
He was my junior when I was in RJC then.
I believe in some sense that eca do bring an extra edge. If it does then :rahrah: but if it doesn't then good luck. -

acsp vs acsj too.

LOLMum:
Actually there is not much between acsp and acsj. Coz students from acsj who are qualify to go GEP will be transfered out to acsp.
acsp vs acsj too.
The only difference I would say is the teachers between the school. IMO acsj teachers are more willing to listen to parents. -

I beg to differ.
Education, to me at least, is not just about academic. Character building and social skills are also important. In life, EQ is more important.
I rather my kid scores 250 and has good leadership and social skills than scores 270 with no social skills -

Grades are really superficial.
Getting poor grades during younger days are not the end of the world.
There are loads of entrepreneur out there making bigger bucks than a degree holder or scholarship holder.
