Any of you attending Zhenghua Primary School's open house? It is this friday afternoon. I am keen to attend as my niece is looking for a school but I cannot. I will be attending a Greenridge Pri's event the same day.

If anyone is going, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience. Many thanks.

gosh, the vacancies are going fast this year! good luck to you all next week, hope to hear your good news here :dancing:

anyone know when is beacon's open house?

im going to greenridge's open house on 23rd july. its frm 8.15 - 12.40pm. Anyone keen to meet up can email me, [email protected]. pls don't pm cos i seldom check.

also today is zhenghua's open house. anyone going? 4 - 9pm. i'll be there abt 630. let me know (email) if you are going then maybe we can meet up and bombard the teachers with qns. Hee

[patntee]

Tika, from the school website it is Jul 22 5:30pm to 7:30pm. I saw West View open house is Jul 23 too, but I don't see any interest in the forum on this school.

[Tika]

That's odd. They never update their web ah. lol

My nephews are in Zhenghua and they told me not to come during principal's speech. very boring they said. :slapshead: typical boys.

what's your story patntee? future/current Pv parent or have you passed that stage.

[patntee]

Haha I’m sure they are right about the boring part. But on the other hand I would like to see how the Principal speaks and carries himself/herself.

I’m current PV at Beacon for my DD going P1 in 2013.

[Tika]

aah... if you don't mind me asking, why beacon and not bpps or the other schools? im still undecided which school, that's why i die die must go to all pri sch open hses in bp.

someone i know who works at one of the schools ard bp told me westspring is an underdog school. the principal very fierce. but i still want to check them out. hubby said their banners outside their school pretty impressive. alot of 'gold honors /gold/ silver' words. When i asked gold silver for what activity, hubby shrugged, said he only saw the gold silver words nothing else. :rotflmao:

[Tika]

and when is beacon’s open hse do you know??

i gotta leave soon. hope Zhenghua doesn’t impress me or else I’ll have a headache deciding on a sch.

Tika, I was referring to Beacon in my earlier post when I said that \"from the school website it is Jul 22 5:30pm to 7:30pm\". Maybe you misinterpreted for another school.
