Can I know if the balloting process can be viewed by the public? ANy idea?
I am planning to enrol my girl in HOng Wen 2014, hence am keeping track now...

Hi ryes, it's never too early to start. In fact one of my frens with a child due for P1 in 2014 too joined the SHHK last year as it seemed that they need a minimum of 4 years membership to get a recommendation letter for ATS. Welcome!!

Balloting for all schools on 11 Aug 09? Heard RM is at 0900hr & RV is at 1100hr. Wonder any being held in the afternoon like 1500hr?
