Order from Dangdang

Hi,
Need some advise on mummies who have bought from dangdang. I made a transaction with dangdang with citibank card. The dangdang website shows that the transaction is not successful, but when I checked with the bank, they told me that the transaction was successful. I wrote an email to dangdang telling them this, but they mentioned they did not received the money. Anyone has this problem b4? Pls advise. -

It could take a few days for dd to audit and verify. If you can show them evidence (eg snapshot of the screen that says x amount deducted from your cc card), they accept also. else you may have to wait for them to reconcile.
so far, I have had no issues on the payment front. -

Don't compare. I tried looking at the postal website to check on my packages...and they could not be found. Contacted DD until I gave up (my chinese must be so bad they dunno what I'm talking about). Will wait until 2 months is up then pester them again.SAHM Chew:
