For those under 2C, if they fail to get their choice school, i presume they will be under 2C (S) ? By then i guess most of the available ones will be snapped up??

Hence the importance to strategize, monitor closely and have available all your Plan A, B, C D...

            Good luck :xedfingers:

              Hi poppy15,

:snuggles: Just saw your stressy situation. I can understand the distress you are feeling now.

I'm sure with the police report plus the IC application proof and stat declaration from ICA, the registration should be okay.

I doubt the school will have no empathy..

Yes. That's why it may sometimes be good to go for your second choice school if probability of getting into your first choice school is low.

When i saw this over at ICA's website.... :faint:

                    http://www.ica.gov.sg/page.aspx?pageid=75

                    Processing Time

First loss : 1 month Second and subsequent losses : 3 months

                    :gloomy:  :gloomy:
Poppy, take deep breathe, be cool!

Please call school to check with them what is the procedure for lost IC. Explain that ICA will take time for processing. Asked to speak to principal if necessary. They may be able to take in your registration and temp document, and for you to provide IC later. Be prepared to bring all other forms of documents - police report on loss, ICA issued document, driving license, etc. for school to verify.
