But then too as pointed out by RRMummy if there is situation for balloting in P2C then chances of any seats available in P2CSup is kinda impossible...

i removed my post so it doesn't confuse anyone

Literally took it as it would be understood that if there aren't seats in P2C then P2Supp would be unavailable, will clarify better in the future

As it seems, there are always other mummies to help jump in, correct and ensure everyone has the correct information on hand

Times have changed...no longer those days of childhood like before.

Actually it’s the same I think. I remember when I was enrolling for primary one in the 80s, I lost in the ballot of a nearby neighbourhood sch. It’s not even popular or high std. Maybe just a lot of kids nearby then. Got posted more than 2km away to another unpopular neighbourhood sch.
