      Chiew:
She can drink from her milk bottle and eat from the spoon, everything is normal except that she has phobia drinking from her water bottle.

Will have to bring her back for a review in 2 weeks time, hopefully everything is ok and back to normal by then.
      You are welcome.

Good to hear she is better.. just keep monitoring and don't worry too much..

      Keep us posted..

        I used BONJELA a gel-like anaesthetic

to numb the pain from my DDs’ falls
with say… cut on lips, ulcers in mouth,
        or teething incidences.

Easily available at your nearest pharmacy.
Comes in tube-form. Can be applied every
few hours to help numb the swelling feeling.

          Hi Mummies,

I have another question. As my girl fell down during her activities at childcare. Do you think its adviseable for her to continue at the childcare again???

Now my parents & hubby have asked me to withdraw her from childcare.

I would like to hear your comments…

Chiew, this is probably an accident - once off? - easy for us to pin the blame on the childcare...but some things you may want to consider before making that decision:
            (1) What is their teacher-student ratio?
            (2) Is DD given enough care and attention?
            (3) Are there other aspects that you do not like about the cc?
            (4) Do you have other child care alternatives? If so, what are they? and how do they stack up against current cc?

I am trying to convience them that too…

teacher-student ratio is 1:9 (there is a teacher assistant together with the group)

Is DD given enough care and attention? - i think as of now is yes as she just joined last Mon.

Are there other aspects that you do not like about the cc? - they speak chinese most of the time.

              (4) Do you have other child care alternatives? If so, what are they? and how do they stack up against current cc? - yes, my parents but my sis is due in Sep 09, not sure whether can they manage 2 kids???
