I'm staying within 1 km, but we were rejected for the PV part. Later we realised we were 1 wk late in the PV registration.

49 applicants for 42 places.
9 applicants within 1km
4 applicants within 1-2 km
36 applicants out of 2km

So balloting for 36 applicants for remaining 29 places.
