I am also looking for kitchen stuff for my new place. Wanted something built-in and not keen on combination oven.

      Any suggestions for :
An oven - for roasting and baking

A steam oven - love the one from Miele but it a friend told me it is at least $2k and above …

Cooker Hood - for heavy Chinese style cooking

      Many Tks!

it's recommended by my colleague. Her mil used this oven for 20 years and it's still working strong. The temperature is equally distributed which makes the results satisfactory. πŸ™‚

Thanks. πŸ™‚ Do you mean Belling oven, or the Baby Belling model? When I checked a while ago, the baby belling is not available in Singapore.

jtoh, nothing special. Just that it fulfills my needs and I like the design. πŸ™‚ The baby belling is small and compact but can roast a whole chicken. I hear it retains heat exceptionally well. It also comes with plate hob above which will allow me to teach my children how to cook without flames, and also as a fall-back hob on days when I run out of gas while cooking halfway.

                        mine is without the hob.
