A good read - DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?
-
I can not agree with you more. Love is like a tree that needs nurturing. The daily trifles may make us tired and disappointed, but we can not blame love. Marriage is the tomb of love, as the old saying goes. Actually, we will not know where to bury ourselves without marriage.
Though we may face some challenges and difficulties in the twist and turn of life and of marriage, we should try our best to conquer them and live our life and cultivate our love to the fullest.
I still believe Jack shall have Jill.
:celebrate: -
I believe I did marry the right person & I always feel I am lucky⦠I have been with my DH for almost 17 yrs (OM goodness, have it been that long??!) married for almost 8 yrs & we can tell each other anything under the sun.
only thing now is how to find excitement in our livesβ¦it is getting too monotonous esp so when DS started his formal education. Why excitement and heart beating fast feelings gone when one is too long in a relationship? How to create some excitement once again? -
happy to be mum:
Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

WCW:
honeymoon phase and place yah  :celebrate:usually the case when one is too long in a relationship...
how about go back to ur honeymoon place :?
it's in the mind even if you are at the 20-30 anniversary,
it not practical to keep a 'constant\" honeymoon phase :?
Simplicity is the key , find small thing in your daily life
with your spouse to spark the relationships,
SG pace and concrete space is not conducive , find
nature , place of serenity ...doono for me its works,
Think we go through different phases in our relationships,
it no more about the spark it more appreciation. :hi5: -
WCW:
WCW,yes niang niang kiddo...
must listen hehe
but really difficult to find the spark, u know what i mean :?
spark :rotflmao: ask the Man in the house ,
They all hang up their boots use for chasing the gals
and become a Couch Potato after they got married ,
Like mY DH say \" NO MORE CHALLENGE mah\" :spank: -
good post for me to learn.
