Don't compare. I tried looking at the postal website to check on my packages...and they could not be found. Contacted DD until I gave up (my chinese must be so bad they dunno what I'm talking about). Will wait until 2 months is up then pester them again.SAHM Chew:

Sigh....always a new surprise in store.
Hi, think this will be the last two orders as we have managed to find quite a lot of CL books that we like from the NLB during this few months espcially each card can borrow up to 12 books.

Hi Brenda,
Yes, NLB has pretty good stock of books. But chinese books for my kids level are fairly limited and in some cases very loved (aka yucky), so will still resort to buying - esp at DD prices. plus, I like to have full sets. And plus we go through chinese books V.E.R.Y… slowly, I don’t think the 3 weeks are enough.
The DEAR (drop everything and read) program is very good, only problem is that many books may be out on loan - end up the shelves fairly empty. -

Hi hquek
Quite true. I paid the reservation fees for 4 books of 三国演义 and manage to gather the other 16 books from a few library!
We renew to extend for more time.
Anyway, important is the kid likes the books regardless of from NLB or dangdang. :celebrate: -
Happiness is…when I come home to find a sack from china post at home. I got my dangdang loot, the one whose package I could not find in the mail tracker website.
Will have faith that the next batch will arrive safely. -
Hi
Saw some mummies talking abt the tracking number from dangdang where they can track their loot. Where did they get this number? I was not given a tracking number. Appreciate your advise.
Thks -
you can get the tracking number from the \"我的订单\" section.
If not you can request to dangdang to give you the tracking number then by dropping them an email at . Remember to give them your 订单号 then they can advise promptly. -
Hi,
Thks for your advise!
