yup.. went there about 12noon. Already 80 registered and they not taking in those living beyond 1km. Balloting will only be conducted next friday 5th August.

Last year my neighbour took the risk... Ended up in Phase 3...

Total Vacancies: 60
Total Registered: 101
(80 Citizens, 21 PRs, all living within 1 km radius)
As at Thursday 28 July 11:00am.
Balloting will be conducted on 5 August (Friday) 9am at AVA Room (Level 4).
Results of ballot will be sent by post on the same day. -
Kheng Cheng left 34 vacancies as of 11 am cut off today…
Anyone know if Kheng Cheng is a good school? Cos suddenly this year, the take up rates seems high!
I’m actually of of those who applied for Pei Chun but may now consider to switch over to Kheng Cheng tml if the risk is too high.
