I always hear that RMPS is a good school, one of the top schools in the area. But I wonder how did they perform academically in the past (I think they produced 1 or 2 top students in the last 10 years) because I can't seem to find this info on their website. Its unlike schools like Henry Park and MGS which they have a track record of producing high percentage quality passes in all subjects. I can't tell for RMPS but I keep hearing that they are good. I must miss some info on that. Hope someone can fill me in.

      🤷

Hmmm... so are they really that good?? No stats to prove. Sometimes all those grading and ranking are making parents crazy and stressed up at times like this.

I suppose why RMPS was ranked as T1 was due to the School Distinction Award they obtained in year 2008. :rahrah: :rahrah:

Check this link for more info:

          http://www.moe.gov.sg/media/press/2008/09/recognising-school-achievement.php

That was during Mdm Lee's time, will see how Mrs Wong leads the school to achieving the SEA (School Excellence Award - the most prestigious award by MOE) 😂

Wow when can Radin Mas achieve SEA? Not many schools able to achieve this & so far maybe RGPS have it? Principal Wong must \"Chong Chong\" al the way scale RMPS to greater height. :celebrate:

Based on the number of applicants so far, and taking into consideration past statistics, here's my guess:

                  RMPS - within 1 km
                  ZDPS - 1-2 km
CHIJ Kellock - more than 2 km

                      Latest update from RMPS.

No. of applicants within 1 km approaching 79. As at this moment, all applicants within 1 km get in without balloting. However, by tomorrow, the situation may be that balloting will have to be carried out for those within 1 km.

So, those staying more than 1 km from the school may like to consider your backup schools. The school doesn’t call up parents staying more than 1 km to withdraw their applications. Do not waste your valuable P2C chance.

Just called up RMPS & they advised confirm balloting for those staying at 1Km.
