      Scary:
PH within 1km 41 applicants as at 11am. Out of 2km were all asked to try other schools.

I must update my friend. She will be registering her son...within 1km.
Out of 2km no chance to smell balloting...41 applicants :yikes:

44 now. 1 - 2km also no chance to smell. The parents must be so disappointed upon receiving the calls from PH. 😞

Won't be surprised if the figure is pumped up to 60 tomorrow.

Wait a minute, why are we wishing that our top students go to GEP and leave PH as a result? We need them here to be the sch's flag bearers. I get it! We give them our best wishes to qualify for GEP, but then persuade them to reject the offer later.

This is serious. For the sake of PH's reputation, I've no choice but to summon my most powderful chant yet. Ready? Here it goes .....

Scary's dd for P2C, so that she can throw partee.
E3's dd for GEP, but pls remain 4 charity.
Lizhi's dd for GEP, continue to teach us chinese.
Happy Mama's dd for GEP, so that we can play TT.
Funx3's dd for RG, so she can practise bakery.
Php's dd for charity, so that he can be happy.
And my ds's grade pom-pee-pee, so that I can break my body.

              :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
              :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
I Luv Your Sense of Humour, Brodar!

Btw .... U Wish For My Gal in RG?
Errrrrrrrrrrr .... What Sch is that -huh?
              😆 😆

I'm 5 mths late; only today did I receive ds's STAR reading test report held in Feb. Mr Bo-chap must have conveniently used the earlier report to fold aeroplane.

I've a qn regarding this report. It recommends ds to read books ranging from 2.x to 3.x for optimal result. Now how would I know which books sit within this range? I don't recall seeing any booklist given to ds. Unless Mr. Bo-chap also used that to fold aeroplane as well.

On to another matter. Today ds told me something that saddened me. Apparently one of the P1 kids told his T to 'shut up' in front of her. I shudder to think that 7 yr old kids are capable of being so brash.

The Star Reading test is conducted twice yearly. There is usu. a recommended booklist.

As for the \"shut up\" boy, hope he does not escalate into a \"bashed up\" boy one day.

My gf told me clerk at office told her not to go on first day. Son told me there were MANY parents yesterday.
PH has reached the status of balloting within 1km...many flyers stuffed in my gate asking me to sell my flat.

I dun mean to be unkind. Not getting into PH might be a blessing in disguise for some children as well as their parents. It takes a strong willed family not to be suck into the rat race in this sch.
