poppy, just curious... 68 takers for P2B means 68 ppl registered :? can it be mean 68 ppl got the place after ballot :? how to know how many registered :?

Ok, if there is a ballot for phase 2B, MOE website will show the breakdown:

Ok, you might see that there are more PVs register - But school will advise and talk to those outside 1km to re-consider and probably go other school for Phase 2C. So, in short, doing PV might not guarantee you a place in the school of your choice

Just my own humble opinion for sharing!
