But Catholics are automatically in 2B, they don't need to be PV. So Catholic schools' PVs are definitely non-Catholics.

You can never be \"not in any phrase\". Phase 3 is all encompassing to cover even the foreigners.

Each school have their own schedule so must call each school and ask them exact dates... however I can assure you are not late!!

Each school have their own schedule so must call each school and ask them exact dates... however I can assure you are not late!!

The standard practise is to submit the form the year your child turns 4yo.

But if you are going to PV for schools which require parents to work 80 (or more) hours instead of the standard 40, then you should submit your form the year your child turns 3.
