any good conco/EC to recommend near ECP ?
Hi micollh. Depends on budget and new or old. Which part of ECP? Tanjong Rhu-Amber, Marine Parade-Siglap, Bedok to Bayshore?
any that u have to recommend? new better
You are right, I don't think Tanjong Rhu has new condo. Amber area very popular esp those next to Parkway Parade like Silver Sea if you want.
You might want to try http://www.iproperty.com.sg or http://www.propertyguru.com.sg -

If buying Amber area for investment not stay, would exercise caution. Prices all-time high, rent is good for a while until the area become congested due to more condos TOP, and the possiblity of up-coming MRT construction in estimate 3 - 4 years time. If buy for rent, do take note of falling rental since tenants hate inconvienience.
However if buying to stay or have holding power of a few year to make up for falling rental, by all means do the homework. It would be a great area to look at......
Good luck... :rahrah: -
thanks. it’ll for staying.

i was told if we bought condo and stay in condo , rent our HDB, we need to back-pay all the discounted (HDB) property tax (e.g for the past 5/6 years depending on how long have u bought the HDB flat)… is it true ? then if we rent our the HDB flat, we need to declare right? will HDB take commision or charge how many percent from the rental ? anyone can advise?
