Btw does anyone has any good eggless cupcake receipe to share?

Planning to have a vegetarian bday celebration for my younger DS.
Or has anyone used eggs substitute to bake a cake before?

Hi all,


this is my 1st post (or 2nd if including the self-intro post in Newcomers…) in KSP, I intend to get an EGG-less cake for my girl’s upcoming birthday @ end August. As to why so picky (must be EGG-less)… Sigh! Cos’ my gal’s recovering from Chicken Pox, hence need to get the above-mentioned (if not the older generation ones will "Aiyoh!" here, "Alamak!" there…)

Also don’t want to disappoint my sensible girl given the look she expressed when she saw cakes we bought (made with EGGs) & after explaining to her why she can’t eat them… [Daddy here felt a sharp pain in my heart after seeing here walk away with disappointment…]

So if anyone knows of any cake shop that makes/ sells EGG-less cake suitable for my girl, do share with me the information. [Will be even better if can do slight personal customisation to the cake in terms of design & ingredients…] Thanks a lot!!
