RS:

Any idea who wl write the name on the slip, school or parent and if it's by the school how would we know that they've prepare two slips?

The school prepares the slips.

Before balloting starts, the school will invite parents who are present for the balloting to scrutinize the slips before placing them in the bowl.

Wait lists are fully administered by the schools themselves. You can put yourself on as many schools' wait lists as you wish. Just don't tell the school you are on another school's wait list, because it could be construed as being insincere.

what do you mean by balloting number?

each balloting slip contain an applicant's name not some numbers.

u referring to the balloting ID?

[bigmama]

Yes when u register they will issue a number tag which they said will also be ur balloting number. So during ballot the number will be thrown in to pick.
