Hi Vidhyalog, not yet received any news. But bad news for my ds as being rejected by nus. Best regds!

I am sorry to hear that. Actually this whole process is so heart wrenching even waiting for the shortlist - I dare not think of waiting for the CO stage. I can empathise with your feelings. I hope your son takes this well.

My thoughts seem to be that if he did well enough in the HAST to be called for the NUSH camp - he stands a very good chance of being called for the SST camp. Keep your spirits up.

      Cheers

Thanks a lot. It is just that he was born with some flaws in his character (think probably a little bit of asperger). So I think nus might be good for him. I also hoped that he will take it well as still hasn’t informed him. Let’s just try our best and accept the outcome.

        Best regds!

          Hi Poovbear,

Just pm-ed you. Also children seem to be more resilient than adults. After hearing from you that no SST call - I am extending my hope a little more till Wed. Otherwise I was ready to give up.

          Cheers

                    Hi vidhyalog,

Did you hear from SST? Just to share, my son was at the camp last Sat. They were grouped into groups of 4 and had to do an experiment and a problem sum. He enjoyed himself very much.

Has anyone else heard from SST today? This is nerve wrecking. Thought could have a break from agonising today.

                        Hi Publica,

No news yet. On the one hand, if he does not get through I will be sad, but also glad this ordeal of waiting is over. πŸ˜„

Good to hear your son enjoyed himself. Good luck to both of you.
