I know some schools do not strictly require their PVs to complete 40 hrs. ok if really had put in effort and just miss by a bit.I heard of a colleague who was accepted by NH PV....but somehow she couldn't clock in the times - so those that she did is considered 'wasted'.
I hear that HPPS is very 'siao on'. Within months of being accepted, there were a lot of activities, and my fren has almost hit target already....should be a cinch to complete that 40 hours.
Just make sure got backup plan. Good luck!
so your colleague did not get to register in phase 2B ? -
nope. heard that it was only half done - I heard that she didnโt manage to join enough activities (not sure if thatโs cos of her workload/availability).

Huh so fast closed registration?!!! :!: mine is born in 07, i better act fast!hi, is it true that if the PV application is sent to NYPS late, they do not even consider? not a single bit?
my gal is born in 2005 and due only in 2012 for p1 but the lady said registration is already closed... -
Are you sure this is acceptable? Coz when I had signed up for a PV I was told that unless we complete 40 hrs we will not be able to apply under 2B

Does catholic high primary school accept PV?
-
and how to apply? dont c it in their website

They do. My friend did it some years back for her son. You need to go to the school and talk to them. I think you need to be persistent. Also do try the Community leader approach also as 2B is for both PV and community leaders.

I just received a call for interview from Marymount Convent for PV. Now wondering if I shld do the PV looking at the results this year..? IF not gonna do PV, I will only enrol under Phase 2C and I live more than 2km away from the school..
Should I do PV to better secure my chances? Or should I not coz I have time constraint (no one/hard to find someone to look after my 2nd)? :? -
Check the past balloting history of your targetted school then decide you want to perform PV.
If do PV you stands a better chance where being register in Phase 2B.If not, then have to compete with the mass registration in Phase 2C. -

Only yr 2006 required balloting for phase 2C. If I give a miss for PV, I'll be like buying TOTO.. :? :? :?Check the past balloting history of your targetted school then decide you want to perform PV.
