usually, the website will set a quota for the number of purchasers for the voucher. once it is hit, the deal will close and u can printout the voucher to use. if it is not reached, you will be refunded. u can buy more than one voucher as a gift or for own use.

there will be an expiry date on the voucher. once u miss it, there is no refund of the voucher. so u must remember to use it before that happens.

u must also register to be a member of the website (eg: groupon) before u can purchase the vouchers. u can buy the vouchers by credit card or Paypal.

Thanks for the information, northenstar. 😄

        u're welcome 😄

BTW, anyone tried Home Favourites durian mooncake? The black charcoal skin one is really yummy.

I'd tried it last yr, so-so for me. I still prefer real durian. 😂

Some recipes for snowskin uses milk powder n the baked ones use egg wash. My boys have the same allergies so I used to make every yr.

Thanks Mrsbongz! Isn’t it very troublesome to make? Looks like maybe no moon cake for us this year!

U can try vegetarian baked mooncake. No yolk/egg brush.

The snowskin mooncake is easy to make. There is a shop (Kwong Siang Tai) @ Geylang (near the MRT stn) that sells many types of fillings & snowskin powder & the moulds.
