DS will have to ballot for Qifa . It is 18 going for 15 places. i will presume all 18 are within 1km. Hope that he will be successful in this ballot

I called the school this morning and confirmed that no balloting required because i'm within 1km! The agony is finally over! :rahrah: :celebrate:

Really really do not have luck on our side .... My DH also cannot belive how unlucky we can be .....

Have to go further away now to our 3rd choice school now....

Did anyone received notification abt schools' that has balloting exercise today?

I didn't receive any sms/email regarding balloting exercise at AGPS this morning but my son's classmate mum call & informed that my boy has managed to get a plc in AGPS......a piece of gd news for me today.

I can imagine how sad and disappointed you are.. If you have not, may I suggest that you place your DS's name on waitlist.

Sometimes, things happen for a reason. Maybe your DS is destined to do bring pride and glory to the '3rd choice school'..

With you and your hubby's care and attention and working hand-in-hand with the school, I'm sure your DS will do well in his Primary school years. Please do not despair..
