[/quote]I like Step by Step series. Another good one I recently discovered is the Math Drills- lots of story sums! FAn Math titles are pretty good for beginners.

High Frequency- if your child is a fluent reader, may be too simple. There is another with word families.

Another good title is the English 3 in 1 series , only up to P3 though. The P1 is excellent if your children is starting to read independantly.
