Order from Dangdang

Hi wantonSAHM Chew, Brenda 10
I got the same standard reply from dangdang.
I am contemplating to use a Taobao agent to send the books back to me. It is a lot faster, they claim the books can be sent back in 2-3 days from the time they receive in China which is about a week for Dangdang. I will still buy the books myself but mail it to the agent's address in China. They charge S$10 for the first 0.5 kg and S$5 for the subsequent 0.5 kgs.
Has anyone tried this and have any Taobao agent to recommend?
By the way there is a sale at the Yuyi book store 30% until national day.
Thank you for sharing and this will be an alternative path for us to consider for future order. :celebrate: -

I used the 45daigou agent when buying books from dangdang. Yes it is quite fast. But the cost of shipment is more expensive. However overall still cheaper than buying at yuyi during the sales or any other sales in Singapore. Btw, you can also self collect should you use the 45daigou agent. -
12 weeks ....
still waiting..
I wonder will DD take any actions? -
Wow, mine is also 12 weeks and no reply from Dangdang. Itβs strange that all the order made in May are late and the June orders already arrived.
I am looking to buy a few more books and CDs and will be trying out the tao bao agentβs delivery. Dare not use the cheapest one for fear of bad service. Will let you know if the good finally arrive. I could not find 65 daigou but I found sgshop, taoagent and go taobao. all the shipping charges are around $7 to $10 for the first 500g and $3.50 to $5 for the next 500g. Sound like it would cost a lot more if use them but I think the faster delivery is well worth, that is, if they will arrive safely! -
good news.. i received my books today.. but when i used the international mail tracking system, the status is not updated..
But when i check with Singpost, the books arrived yesterday and i received it today... I believed those that ordered in May should be receiving their books today or tomorrow.
