TJS's wife did fine with her cheong sum length on nomin day but I really wonder who dressed the family? I was surprised how ill fitting TJS's shirt was to start off...
Anyway, not like I am expecting 'Obama' family or branded stuff but I thought at least should be proper and appropriate..

I listened at least 4 times to this fearless old man who seems to be prepared to give up even his life to seek for justice.

I recalled the 白色恐怖。

I mourned for the loss of the strong Chinese roots that we once had due to the whatever of the many true blue Chinese educated people...

I cried for the innocence...

I feel for all them too, some of whom seemingly were at their prime of their lives, and everything taken away. Most of them were professionals - lawyers, doctors, surgeon, etc - just that they share different political ideas, and some simply want to speak out for the citizens' rights.

why is he getting political party to speak for him ? is he running it as political party contest ? like that will TT gets PAP member to speak for his rally ?

Dimsum, yes I know and well noted. Just that reading on those ISA detainees giving their own version of what happened, make one really sombre and realise the grave impact on those who may be innocent. :gloomy:

I know TJS don't look as appealing as TCB or TT, but his wife's comments stating HE is genuinely doing it for the people is very assuring. I know coming from his wife could be bias, but women like them ( above ) usually speak sincerely and truthfully from their hearts. It's a 'feel'.

Something to add - I must said TCB really subscribe heavily to the mass mailer method of reaching to the voters. First, the personal mail to our homes, and today morning, I received a SMS to think Singapore first, and to vote for TCB.
Impressed with his ingeniuty to reach out to all due to time constraint, but smacks of campaigning via agencies and advertisers. Wonder if he will hold any rallies like some of the others ? A personal touch is always more sincere.
