I watched TT on the channel 8 speech last night, and can see he has improved. Must really commend him for his efforts. :salute:

In yahoo news, and in today's Chinese Xinmin, splashed over the headlines, saying his low points was when TJS attended his meetings to get people to help him with the campaign, yet later submitting his application for presidency himself. TJS explained later that he did inform TKL he was considering to run for the presidency himself.

This is really heart-warming and apt too, asking singaporeans to put their trust and faith in him to vote for him as president. And we shall know tonight if Singaporeans are touched by his sincerity.

I share the same sentiment as 3Boys and sparks - now that we have all voted, I feel more free to share. I don't have good vibes about TJS cos he \"smells\" too much of opposition. In fact, all his rally speakers and supporters are from opposition, unlike the other 3 candidates; and he also didn't deny that he may rejoin SDP if he is not elected as president. A man who can flip-flop like that, how can he be truly impartial and above politics? Just my personal opinion.

I agree. I am totally not comfortable with him. His rally is like a mini opposition rally!3Boys:
[Strparent, I don't think the majority of those staying away from TJS are doing so on account on being within their comfort zone. He has shown himself to be somewhat of a divisive figure, and I fear his need to appease his supporters' agenda than the man himself, whom I'm sure is an honourable person, like all the other candidates.

TT is leading in all centers by a comfortable margin. TCB is at least 5% ahead of TJS. TKL is in trouble. -

he's not the only 1.I never like those who pull someone's leg at the last minute because they felt they were on the verge of losing the race - like the one in the corner fight during the last GE. :mad:
Initially I still had good opinions of him..
TCB did criticise TJS and TT during his campaign.. that is 1 of the reason my impression of him is not good. Another is the sentosa cove case.. he did stand out for the rich pple.. -
