Hi,

I think that is still quite acceptable with comparison to their previous location in Yishun. It is more cramp.

Although the teachers are young but I found them quite ok as they are able to engage the children during the teaching.

The admin said there'll be no assisstant for upper primary,sometimes the class can be packed with more 16 people.Some came for make up.If your kid who can focus well will not have problem as not every kid can focus well in big group.

I don't think so. For upper pri classes, such as the one my ds is in, there is an
assistant once there are more than 12.

Yes the classes are rather packed and teachers are young but I find
the young teachers are a plus as they seem to know how to connect
with the kids. But it depends on the parents. Some prefer older
teachers as they feel they would have more experience. I do wish classrooms
are less packed but in the end, my kids are learning and they enjoy the
lessons so I find that issue a minor bugbear.

Are you sure the admin said that? From my experience and my friends' experience, it is upper pri, once more than 12, there is an assistant. I know they only have 2 admin and the admin has been there for a while. I doubt they would get confused about that.

Yes, icl teachers are more experienced and the class size is small. I prefer it this way. Hope I can secure a plc on the Sunday slot. :xedfingers: I have decided to give icl a try to see if it's gd..

I heard from the TAS admin person that they will start a new K2/P1 class at Amk on sunday 11.50 am. I am re-arranging my schedule to fit that timing.


Anyone wants to join with me? Once there are 4, we can start. Better to start before school year starts.

I'm keen. Have they confirmed the date of the class?

Not sure, I think it will be early october. I have yet to bring my nephew down for an assessment. I think may need to do an assessment first.
