Hello all, I've been baking bread using the bread machine for a few years now, and I would love to share ideas and get inspired here ๐Ÿ•บ

Last week, I made some green tea bread by putting in 1tbsp of green tea baking powder into a 3 cup recipe... and it was lovely because of the nice fragrance.
Hi michyms, do you mean to say you used green tea powder, or is there really green tea baking powder in the market?

        Hi everyone,

I am new to breadmaking. I treid to follow some recipes and baked by hand. However, its time consuming and the results were less than ideal.

After reading this thread, I am set to get a Z machine. The prices is quite high at $400+ (Robinsons Ctr Point). Anyone has any idea where its cheaper?

I missed the previous OG sale ๐Ÿ˜ž

Someone bought from Goh Ah Bee for less than $300. Not sure if the price is still valid though.

WOWโ€ฆ you bread creators are so inspiring! I too am reluctant to get a breadmaker, to avoid a white elephant and mainly because dh makes lovely focaccia (sp?) in our convection oven. I cant stand the kneading and mixing ;o

But we are really finishing big loaf of white bread super fast and I would want to make healthier versions. The pictures and rave reviews of affordable breadmakers are really tempting meโ€ฆ
