I would say I had a great weekends....at least I had fulfilled 2 tasks that I ong wanted to do... šŸ˜‚

        1. Finally started my engine to begin training for the upcoming std charter run. Haha, dont be mistaken, just taking up 10km run...sorry huh, \"stealing\" this thread to mention abt it....heehee

        2. Finally made my 1st tried snowskin mooncakes since it is the simplest to make compare to traditional types. With 1kg chocolate lotus paste, I made 42 small ones and 2 big ones....with Choco and Panda flavour. And I am thick skin enough to give them to my friends and families. Luckily, they are modest enough to tell me its nice. šŸ˜‚

Is this like the 100th time I am telling you that I wish I was your neighbour :please:
I think it's the 101th time you are saying that, but too bad, none of my neighbours are moving out! šŸ˜†

                  u very good lah :udawoman:
No need to  lah, just go and grab a good mooncake book and you will be spoilt for choice! šŸ˜‰ Plenty in the library to borrow from if you do not wish to invest in one, but don't go to the library now as I am sure all the mooncake books would have flown off the shelf by now! šŸ˜‰

Incidentally, they were not made by me. They were made by my boys' for their schools' Lantern Festival celebration last year.
