Hi Hi, thought BB can only eat rice cereal and solids at 6 months...? You check with his doctor already?

It’s possible to feed bb food at 4mths. Baby books do state that bb can eat bb food from 4-6 mths old and commercial bb foods do cater for it.

My PD also told me that bb can eat at 4mths but I prefer 6 mths. So I started my bb only after she was 6mos.

I started feeding my bb at 7 mths cos I am prone to food allergies. BB is now almost 9 mths. Can anyone share with me what type of local veg is ok to feed BB, cos all books are always limited to Western Vegs!

                  Autumnbronze,

I don't know the mechanism by which EPO helps, but it's been recommended as a possible treatment for plugged ducts. See the kellymom website: http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/vitamins/lecithin.html

The reference to EPO is at the bottom of the page.
Since I have EPO at home (not very consistent I'm taking it though), I thought I should take more!

                  Hi MummyThreeStreams,

Okie, will check out the webbie.

                  Thanks for your reply 😄

Have you tried Spinach, Chinese radish (daikon), sweet potato?

Hi, yes, my PD just told me this yesterday! That at 4 months can feed rice paste already but other solids wait till 6 months! Anyway I will wait until at least 6 months when BB can sit up then feed him. Although PD said if start feeding at 4 mths BB would be more receptive to taking food....
