yes, I find it way better than TPY library for children books. They have a better collection of dvds for children also.

Have you tried Jan & Elly? Not sure if they have a branch in the east but if I remember correctly, they do teach creative writing for K2.

I see, then I am not too sure I know Parkway Parade area has many such centres, maybe you could look around there.

My own nephew is probably going for TAS creative writing class but I don’t think they have current classes for K2s in their east branch.

                  Hi cheetian,

My kid is not in P1 but my goddaughter is. She is in P1 in BT. She enjoys her lessons there and her mother was telling me that the teacher would get the weaker kids to stay back if they do not understand certain things. The teacher is also detailed in her feedback.

For the P1 teacher for next year, I heard it is another teacher but this teacher teaches other levels at Bt Timah and I heard from a friend who has his kid under her that she knows her materials well.

My kid is at AMK but she is not in P1 and I do not have friends who are at AMK
branch who are in lower pri so not too sure about AMK P1 std.

For referral, you can use my child's name and details to give to the admin person when you sign up and you will get $15 off when you sign up and I will get $15 off too. However this referral of $15 lasts till end nov. After that, the new referral fee will be $10 so if you still want the $15 off then must sign up before 30 Nov. This is what I read in the letter given to parents this week. I can pm my child's details if you are interested.

My kid and his friend have been with the Creative Horizon at Palais Rennaissance main branch since P1 and they are both P4 now. They only focus on English and have programmes which run all the way to JC level. The centre is very transparent with all the teachers' profiles published. They have a relatively new branch at Eastgate at East Coast Road.

Children have to take an assessment before they admit them. I am not sure if this assessment test apply to Kindergarten programme though. If you are keen, please give them a call.
