Just my personal opinion, the NJC admin need to buck up on this matter. My DD tried DSA for year 5 ...... also last minute called up for audition ...... :stupid:
      Like I said before.
      Typical civil service pattern.

Auditions around June, latest July? For JC DSA, it's mostly under CCA, lah. Anyway, it's nothing unusual to be called up for auditions with only a day's notice with many schools. They expect that since you have applied for DSa, you should be well-prepared for audition around that time period.

some are not for transfer. For many JCs - RI, HCI, VJC, NJC, and many others (except DHS & RVHS, I think?), - all take in DSA for JC1.

because vlim's ds only applied to RI and HCI and no where else

aiyo no wonder my ears itch...u all talking about me? πŸ˜‚ ...
anyway I believe there are many geppers out there that only apply for 2 sec schools...
Never try one school only..even if u are pretty confident...My ds' classmate applied to one and unfortunately only get a WL... πŸ˜“

Just spoken to my DS's form teacher & was advised by him to try for 3 schools. Asked him why 3 and not 2 as what we intend to do next year & he said most of the kids in their school will try 3. :?

I think trying for 2 or 3 schools would depend on the kids. If kids like my son only like the 2 schools, probably he will apply DSA to 2 schools. If the kids have not decided which school to go and/or not too confident with his results then maybe. Most likely these gp of kids will go for 3 DSA... Orin mind they have 3 schools which they like but have not decided at this pt of time .. :snooze:
