So desperate! The boy is so young & still a student. How is he going to support her if they really got married? Is she going to support him instead or expecting the boy's parents to do so? Dont know what on earth she is thinking!!! :?
All these PRC only wanted Singapore citizenship by marrying a S'porean. Then she'll divorce him and can fight for some assets etc. This is the only thing on their mind. It doesn't matter whether it's a young boy or old man.

The Chinese report link is missing.

Is the counsellor sharing an old incident?

maybe statutory rape doesn't apply to male?

It should. It's rape against minors. If it doesn't apply to males it's time to change our laws.

oh dear, my bad. i didnt check the date of this article with my friend before posting it except to know that it was on one or two other forums. no excuse and :booboo: as this incident happened in 08 i think.

guess the recent article about china women kinda upsets a few of my friends. i personally have nothing against china women cos' my sil is from china. but she is one of the few honest hardworking gals.

actually this woman do it for selfish reason(s).

she just want to acquire the citizenship status quickly - dun care whether young boy (xiao di di) or old man. So craftily like a wily fox / vixen, she'll devise some plan to trap this young gullible boy into marriage with her first.

after marriage, then she'll give all kinds of excuses to file for divorce. But before that, she'll make noise to demand & rip off the poor boy's parents for $ and some assets first, before she runs off. At the end of the day, it's $ that she's after. $ is her objective. After running off, like a quiet wolf in damstress state, she'll go and hunt for another gullible prey. History repeat itself ...

so parents, pls educate yr sons .... on moral values and abstain from premarital sex, esp. with China girl(s) hanging around to entice yr son. Sex and body is their main weapon used to attack yr son.

the same thing applies the other way round ... pls advise and teach our daughters - do not marry China boy friends. More and more kids from this overseas country coming over to our SG to study ... from primary school onwards and at NTU, NUS, etc.

It's ok, some old issues remain relevant for decades 🤷
