I wish my kids were as chubby as your little one.

with a squeeze of lemon, would be perfect

omg i love salad....i just love vege, especially green vege...too bad wifey is a carnivore

she doesn't even like cooked salmon...she only eats raw salmon. -
Iβm a carnivore and I love sashimi and yusheng too! But my picky kids and wifey love my baked salmon. They are my one and only βcustomersβ, and if they say good, I will continue with the dish. Of Late, hooked on salad and found those bunches of romaine good for veggie salad. Radicchio and Rochet are yummy but too ex - I can have 2 boxes of raw veggies, sprinkled with lemon juice and pepper is enough for me.

Yup... lemon can apparently get rid of fats and helps digestion. -

Hi Skunk,it's one of those new-fangled small toaster ovens that comes with turbofan, so it has high power, enough for fancy dishes, yet does not take up much space
Wow all the great food, you are really a great chef! your lucky family! I would like to get some tips from you!
may I know what brand is your oven? you mean you simply used the little oven toaster? not the electrical oven? I guess it has a bigger capacity.. the 26L kind? don't mind - what is the cost? if you can remember
In market there is tefal and others and I am not sure which one is handy and not too exp.
I have been actively and happily using a microwave convection oven to make baked salmon, baked rice, apple pies etc eversince I became SAHM few month back, trying to catch up with cooking and have more varieties for the children and DH...they are sicked of my porridge, fried bee hoon/rice.. before that I hardly have time to cook and actually don't kw how to cook a proper meal  . Now I realise cooking can be really fun!! I still have a long way to go...
But sadly few weeks back, I think my dear oven cld not take it anymore and decided to give up in the midst of my baked potatoes and it is now beyond repair.
I have another small little oven toaster with simple function but it takes double time to bake the dishes as it is of small capacity and can't really control the temperature. And it caused short circuit for the power points in kitchen if I used it for too long. Before more serious problem arised, I better get a proper one asap. I don't intend to get another convection microwave (cost $600+) again and wld like to get a simple oven to bake/grill like what you have done. Hence wld appreciate if you cld share. Thanks!! -

yes, i used an \"oven toaster\"....but seriously, the modern models are basically large conventional ovens down-sized....have exactly the same capabilities only different in capacity.

Of course, if u have the space, a conventional oven is the best
The brand doesn't matter, just get one with a turbo-fan. More powerful heh heh great to roast pork ribs. -

I use my turbo fan feature to get that crispy skin (use lemon/lime juice on scored skin) of the shio bak
