Hi, my DD eyesight had been used to increase up to 100 degree per year. But luckily, it had stopped increasing after she been eating fresh blueberries almost 3-4 times weekly. No harm trying if you want.

Hi.barney8.My DD is Pri 5. She wear glasses since K2. Her degree had been from 100+ to 600 now.Unfortunately it was also mainly due to tt I did not bring her for check up bet Pri 2 & Pri 3 bcos I thought the school had done the yearly check and they did not advise me to change her glasses. So I did not realise anything that time. Her degree shot up by almost 200+ for that 2 years. Luckily, end of Pri 4, I had been giving her fresh blueberries
( NTUC,GIANT). Till now did not increase for nearly 1 year :xedfingers:

According to my TCM doctor, wolfberries are meant for laohua (longsightedness), so eating that won’t help shortsightedness at all. He gives me something called gujingzhu (古金珠)- am not sure if I am writing the correct Chinese words, but that’s how it sounds to me. They are shaped like little balls and we use them to boil soup (mostly vegetables). They are tasteless, I think.

For those who are interested, maybe can check with shops that sell Chinese herbs and see what they say.

Bcos, I noticed that some of the eye supplements are also made up of blueberries. My DD did take those eye supplements for a few years but not helping all So I give her fresh blueberries instead and it really did help her. Maybe it’s up to individual. I always buy from Giant or NTUC. It’s normally available, just more expensive when it’s not on promotion. This is just my suggestions. Thanks

I have been taking them these days. I think should be available. Most supermarkets would have. Usually sells in those transparent plastic boxes.

anyone tried pin hole spectacles ? do they work ?

read about the Bates Method. Seems promising, but not sure if it is going to work. If anyone here has tried it and works, do share your experiences.
