With mid autumn festival just over, many of us will have lots of pomelos lying around. Heres a pomelo salad you can try.
1 Pomelo - peel and break into small segments
1/2 Cucumber - sliced thinly
2-3 Small red onions - thinly sliced
Dressing: fish sauce, honey, lemon juice, peanuts(fried and then pounded), red chilling( chopped)
(plus use agakration for amount, and according to your taste)
Mix and enjoy!! -

The salads there are very ex! about $15 per bowl. Is it that good? My friends rave
about their salads. Haha was wondering if I should try but the price kind of
put me off. -

Not sure if they have it. I got mine from a shop selling organic stuff. If not brown rice vinegar, glutinous rice vinegar also ok.
