Look for Ms Hart, she is the Principal there. My wife and I went there and got lots of feedback about our kid. Apparently, they use a computer system to assess the reading age and English skills like phonological awareness, comprehension...

My son did it and it turns out his reading age is below his actual age. ;-z Thus, the difficulties in language. He also has difficulties listening to sound parts of new terms and thus finds it difficult to speak the new terms a.k.a quiet kid.

We thought it was great to have a quiet child but its backfiring...for him.

Let me know what your investigation brings up!

I know I need to find someone soon to help my kid reach mastery quickly!

BrainFit sounds interesting but I do agree that it is too expensive, not affordable by most people.

How much is it?

It’s about $360 per term for 4 x 1.5hr sessions per week. They explained the higher costs becoz of the programme. It requires kid to do half hour sessions thuoutbthe week at least thrice. Says the programme boosts aural attention and focus. Thus that means 3 x 0.5hr more per week. Adds up to 3 hr per week. I tired the programme, it’s not easy. They say it’s because my brain not trained to decode after so many years! But it’s able to adapt to my skill level. Hiaz!
