one nite, my niece who was staying in the hostel at one of the local uni had a frightening encounter. while sleeping, she felt a presence (her roommate was away that weekend) in the room and was kinda held down on bed. woke up the next morning and shock, her arms and chest were all blue and black and she felt sick. quickly called her parents who were extremely shocked to see her back covered in blue and black too as if someone was very angry with my niece and pinched and punched her very hard.
my brother who has his fair share of strange encounters when he was in the hotel industry really freaked out. sil took niece to the temple and the bruises disappeared the next day (i mean these things take time to disappear right???). my niece who saw things when she was younger, gamely went back to the room to stay and thank goodness, nothing else happened. -

About 5 years ago, we’ve booked an NTUC chalet in Sentosa during Christmas. The room was at the 2nd floor. That night after putting my DS to sleep and as we were lying on the bed, I saw a black shadow ran passed in our room. I was shocked and instantly I heard my DS sleep talked. I don’t know what he was talking and he looked disturbed. My DH quickly took out his 符 & put near my DS. A minute or so he quiet down & sleep peacefully.
I asked my HB if he has seen the shadow Thingy dashing across? He nodded his head. We got up & checked the surrounding to see if it’s possible for someone outside to cast a shadow into our room. After our analysis, we decided that it was not possible as we stayed on the 2nd floor, & the thing dashed across too fast for any human to do so. We wait until the next morning & quickly packed our stuffs & leave the place as fast as we could. -

my mom used to tell me when i was a young kid that ... when a person dies, on the 7th night - the soul of every dead person must cross a certain river.
it is at this river that the dead spirit knows that she is dead already.
She comes to this river to wash hands, to bid farewell.
upon realizing the truth that she can never come back to this earth anymore, that it's going to be a permanent departure with her loved ones forever at home, the dead spirit is very grieved, feeling very sad. So she cries and wail at this river. She also knows the reason how and why she died.
in the next world, Jerald will also grow up. 10 years from now, he won't remain as 3 years old toddler anymore. Not sure whether he'll be 13 years old - not sure how they count the age, in the other suffering world ... but i hope Buddha will be merciful (kai en) to them, uplift these 2 pitiful souls into heaven one day. For in her state of depression, she does not know what she is doing. People in a state of hopeless, pessimistic depression can't think logically, can't see clearly ...
heard of strange, supernatural, weird cases reported - whereby people sort of 'died' before. Then their soul 'float' down and visited nether world. They experienced horrendous suffering - so shocking & frightening that they wish they had never ever commit suicide on earth before. That no matter what kind of unhappiness faced on earth - be it over $, or over love affairs of the heart, jealousy, etc. there are still feasible methods of solution to work towards to. Somehow after the visit down there, their unhappiness encountered on earth is no longer big issue anymore. So don't ever commit suicide. -

hehe...it doesn't matter what powder it is , u can use flour also ..whatever u hv at hand. The purpose is just to see the imprint , if any.

i think the best form of help for her husband now is that… his family members bring him to see a psychiatrist or a professional counsellor who can untie his sorrow, painful emotions, and also seek help from religion, to seek inner peace inside him.
