It's been a long time since I came into this thread! Totally forgot about it!

I've shared what I give my boy here: thelittleonesinmylife.blogspot.com

Just an update: I'm currently pregnant and bought WholeMega Prenatal Vits from iHerb. Love it!

There's loads of interesting and good products on iHerb that I never existed until recently (my friends tag along on my sprees). Will share more on my blog when I have time. ๐Ÿ˜„

I used to give cordyceps to my kids.

But now no moe coz the Oligopeptide that I give is so much more effective & cheaper as compared.

most of all, 1 of the main things is that their eczema gone & their immunity up

Yes, the one you referred to is correct. Kids can take Sambucol which is the original brand or Nature's way Sambucus for kids. Sambucus contains Elderberry, Echinacea & Propolis whereas Sambucol is mainly Elderberry. My kids didn't like the taste of Sambucol so I switch back to Sambucus.

During exam period, my kids will take Sambucus every day for 2 weeks and they are usually free from any illness.
