          Dear Parents of ATS kids,

I just want to remind all of you about ROAD SAFETY.

For those who drop your kids off at the bus stop opposite the side gate, please note that it's very dangerous to do so as many of the parents suddenly stop without signalling.

& most of us are rushing to work but a bottleneck occurs when parents drop off the kids there. Plus I've seen kids alight from the driver's side! Very dangerous with cars zooming past!

And for those who turn in from Thomson Road & turn right to the school's main gate, kindly keep to your lane & not occupy both lanes at the bend. I've seen a few near accidents because of this.

Let's be considerate drivers & teach our next generation to be considerate too πŸ™‚

Also remind your kids to use the traffic lights & only cross when they see the green man NOT FLASHING & when the approaching cars have stopped (especially those at high speed). I witness a near accident today & am terribly upset as the group of kids were playing a fool & dashing across the road without warning.

            That's a good reminder, mrswongtuition.

Winessed 2 male parents shouting at each other just before the bus stop today. 1st driver got out of his car and shouted and gestured angrily at the driver behind. 2nd driver also got out and a heated argument ensued. Sigh, distressing sight for the students leh, so early in the morning.

Not only a distressing sight, but what type of examples are we setting for our children?

Me & hb make alot of effort to mind our language & behaviour ever since my boy was born, especially in his presence!
